   • Return for Personal Reasons: Due to the lengthy delivery times for international air parcels and the complexity of cross-border refund processes, we do not offer return or exchange services for overseas members. This does not apply in cases of defective or incorrect items.

All wooden products sold on this website are made from natural wood. Each piece is unique due to the wood's natural grain and texture. Please note the following characteristics of wooden products:

   • Each piece of wood has different grain, color, and shade, which may differ from website photos. This uniqueness is a natural property, not a defect.

   • Wood may contain natural knots or mineral streaks formed during growth. These are natural features, not defects.
3. Temperature & Humidity Effects:
   • Wood may slightly expand or contract with changes in temperature or humidity. This is a natural phenomenon and does not affect use.
   • Prolonged exposure to extreme humidity, dryness, or direct sunlight may affect wood longevity. Please avoid placing wooden products in bathrooms, in direct sun, or near heat sources.
